 Managing Director Lennart Gunell is co-owner and co-founder of Lynlink and Language Link. Lennart is Finnish-Swedish and has an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and an ADI (Advanced Degree in Insurance). Lennart also has web-design training from the University of Cape Town.

 Managing Partner Lyn Gunell is co-owner and co-founder of Lynlink and Language Link and was trained as a journalist and editor. Lyn has spent all but the last 15 years in South Africa and Rhodesia (Zimbabwe). Lyn also has TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) training as well as web-design training from the University of Cape Town. Both Lyn and Lennart divide their time between South Africa and Finland.
